Turkcell has licensed the iFollow Solution which includes:
Presence Platform – including Presence Management and Group Management
capabilities. The presence capabilities consist of collection, management and
distribution of multi-source Presence information to users and services, providing
complete control over their presence information
IMS-Ready Solution – the iFollow platform serves as a key Application Server
over IMS Core networks, providing a SIP-based Presence infrastructure
Presence aware Services – iFollow includes a built-in Instant Messaging
Service in addition to Chat and Mobile Locator Services
Presence Development Environment – allowing operators and third parties to
easily integrate Presence into existing and new services, such as Push-to-Talk
over Cellular (PoC), Dynamic Addressbook, Multiplayer Gaming and Live Content
using iFollow Presence Server
Presence and IM clients – available on a variety devices allowing subscribers to
use TurkcellMessenger with their device of choice
Compliance with industry standards – supports OMA, 3GPP and IETF
standards for Presence, IM and Group Management (GLMS), including Wireless
Village, SIP/SIMPLE, PAM, XMPP and others.
