On the 15th of November at the Mobile Asia Congress in Macau, NeuStar NGM launched its Interaction Framework (iFTM) vision.

To encourage, enable and support third-party application developers and content providers to offer services within the Interaction Framework, NeuStar NGM would like to announce the Innovation Zone.

Whether they are building new capabilities or augmenting existing ones, developers can be assured that their services will be integrated into a framework that can be accessed by more than 350 million mobile users worldwide. NeuStar’s existing mobile IM solutions are currently live with more than 34 operators globally.

The Innovation Zone will start with a consultation to determine how NeuStar NGM can enable mobile operators and their innovation partners to find the best synergies for their products and services. To participate in a consultation, apply here

By providing access to our core competencies of Messaging, Presence, Contact List Management, Interconnection, and Mobilisation through the Interaction Framework and the Innovation Zone, NeuStar NGM will provide the tools and support that empower client and server applications to build on the services already available in the operator environment. When beneficial to all parties, this support could include introductions for developer partners to operators and operator communities.
